Refund And Cancellation

Delivery Time:

We are unable to guarantee a particular time of delivering your products. The precise time completely depends upon the schedule of our delivery personal. However, in some cases, we are able to provide morning and afternoon delivery.

Late Deliveries:
If we are not able to carry out the delivery of the products on the scheduled date because of the circumstances that are under our control, we make sure you get the refund amount earliest. On the contrary, if the late delivery of the items is because of the circumstances beyond our control, we do not initiate any refund. If you are unavailable while we attempt a delivery at your address, we will leave a written note request a call to us to schedule the next delivery. We will also connect with you over a call on the event of any delivery issue.

Incorrect information of the delivery:
We cannot extend an offer of a guaranteed delivery upon receiving incorrect delivery information. You will be provided with an opportunity to modify the concern information within 2 business days prior the date of delivery. If this doesn’t happen, we will make an attempt to get in touch with you and collect the information about your new address. However, we are not liable if we aren’t able to make delivery because of the incorrect information provided by you.

Refused Deliveries:
You will not be entitled to any sort of refund if you have refused a delivery.

Products and their images:
The products only include all the items which are listed in the section of product description. Vases and other products are not included, if not stated in the section of product description. Product images of the bouquets always showcase a medium size and the arrangements of the flowers may vary a little bit.

Requests for Refunds and Claims:
If your concerned order has been unsatisfactory, you are at liberty to request a refund by the way of making a submission of a claim within 2 business post the date of delivery. On the event of issues concerning the quality, post making the submission of the claim, our customer service agents will make a request to send a digital image of the product so delivered.

Changes in Order:
To alter your order, we suggest you to contact the Customer service at (email). Such alterations must be made within 2 business days of the date of delivery.

Issues regarding payment processing:
On the event of submission of wrong or invalid information about the payment or credit card, we wouldn’t be able to process the order. We will make an attempt to get in touch with you to reconcile the issue. However, you are always requested to be meticulous about the information you provide.

Quality Policy:
The arrangements are creative, distinctive, and handmade, thus no two of them are similar to each other. Each of our efforts is put in to match up the order as closely as attainable to the concerned product photo and description. However, there are chances of minor variations.

Currency:
All the order will be charged in Indian Rupee/INR. We make sure to make daily adjustments in terms of the prices for all the other listed currencies, however, such conversions are an approximation. We aren’t liable for any difference or change made in such conversion of currency by any chance.

Cancellations:
Cancellation for a full refund is permitted only if they are made within 2 business days or more before the date of scheduled delivery. If the order has been canceled in less than 1 business day before the delivery day, no refund is going to be issued.

Orders that are duplicate:
Upon placing 2 or more similar-looking orders, we request you to inform us about the same. We will give you a total refund for all the duplicated orders.

Substitution Policy:
In some events, the local florists might not have a few of the items which are referenced in the product description in the lot and hence meticulous replacements of equal or greater value will become necessary. Thus, we will ask you for your consent to make the concerned substitution. In case if we could not reach you by any chance or there has been no sufficient time to do so, we will begin with the process of substitution.
If a local florist doesn’t have an additional product, we will make sure to replace the same with a similar product or add the money so paid for that particular item to the total value of the flowers and make a bigger bouquet for you.
