To be healthy as a whole Mental Wellness plays a very big role. Somehow there is a strange favouritism of body over mind. Most physical illnesses are visible & acceptable. On the flip side most mental illnesses are not visible or let’s say there are more doubts & myths than awareness around it. Many a times despite being ill there is no insight in a person that they are ill. All of these combines to existing stigma and hinders initiative to get help and get support & treatment in initial stages.
